Do EONIQ Agents train on my data?

No. Each agent is built and eventually fine-tuned on your data — but that data is never used to train any public or cross-client model. Your data remains your own.

Are you GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We follow privacy-by-design principles and provide DPAs for enterprise customers on request.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You control access, and agents only process what’s necessary for their task.

Where are your agents hosted?

By default, EONIQ Agents are hosted securely on AWS infrastructure in Europe. Custom hosting setups (e.g. VPC, on-prem) are possible for enterprise clients.

What systems can the agent connect to?

Any modern system with an MCP Server, API, database, document repository, or website can be integrated — from internal tools to cloud services like Salesforce, Jira, or SharePoint.

What happens after the MVP?

We iterate together. Based on user feedback, we extend functionality, improve performance, and add new integrations or skills.

What’s the timeline from idea to working agent?

Our standard delivery model consists of: PoC (2 weeks): Rapid integration and basic setup. MVP (2 months): Limited but functional agent for real users. Enhancement phase : Continuous expansion and refinement which includes the usage feedback.

How does a typical project start?

We start with a short, focused PoC (Proof of Concept) phase: in just two weeks, we connect your most important systems (e.g. APIs, databases, documents) and deploy the first working version of your agent.

Can we use the Agent Studio ourselves?

At this stage, the EONIQ Agent Studio is used internally by our team to accelerate agent delivery and ensure quality. We’re currently preparing the platform for broader customer access and plan to release a self-service version of the whole Agent Platform in early 2026 .
